Terms and Conditions

Exam dates and times will be emailed to each candidate and it is your responsibility to make note of your/your child’s exam time. Exam dates will also be posted on the notice board several weeks prior to the exam.

You should arrive at least 40 minutes before your exam time – if you are late you may miss your exam.

By paying the exam fee, you agree to ensure that the candidate attends the exam on the correct date at the allocated time. You agree that the candidate will also attend the appropriate classes to prepare and has the correct exam uniform and hairstyle.

If payment is not returned by the closing date we will assume that your child does not want to take the exam and will therefore not be entered. Please remember that exams are not compulsory.

If exams are scheduled on any impossible dates you have noted on your form, candidates will not be entered. In this instance we will attempt to contact you first.

Candidates may be withdrawn from the exam if attendance is poor or appropriate progress has not been made.

By completing payment you agree to provide exam uniform. Exam uniform is also our school uniform. You can find details here.

In some cases when an examiner is unable to attend the venue in person, exams will be filmed for remote assessment. We may also post photos of exam candidates on social media. By completing payment you agree to the exam candidate being photographed and filmed.

It is not always possible to ensure that friends are in the same exam group, but we may consider requests noted on your form.

Exam fees are non-refundable except in the case of illness where a doctor’s certificate is required to claim 50% of the fee.

Results can take 4 - 5 weeks and will be handed out to pupils in class by their teacher.
